I have read and understand that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve any longer appointments (i.e., smoothing services, corrective color, Balayage, hair extensions, etc.). This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. This policy has been implemented due to last-minute reschedules, which wastes valuable time for our stylists and prevents us from offering those appointment slots to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and scheduling.
